What is the condition?
A medi-facial is not a disease or one standard medical treatment. It is a clinic-defined skin-care service for a dull or rough surface, dryness, uneven tone, blocked pores, mild acne-related marks or fine lines. These concerns can have many causes.
A medi-facial, including any AI skin analysis, is an assessment and support service. It does not by itself diagnose disease or replace examination by a qualified clinician.
How Skinfinity treats this concern
We build your medi-facial around your skin assessment instead of treating the name as a fixed recipe. The plan may combine cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a mask, moisturising products, a superficial peel or a suitable device-based step.
The exact product, ingredients, device, strength and provider are confirmed before treatment.
If a peel, microdermabrasion, RF or light-based device is included, we explain that component separately and give you its own safety and aftercare guidance.
Our position is clear: a medi-facial should be personalised, explained and medically appropriate — not simply sold as a standard package.
What we confirm with you before treatment
- The exact products and full product list
- The ingredients
- The device used, if any
- The strength, including peel strength
- The provider
- The expected downtime
- Separate safety and aftercare guidance for any peel, microdermabrasion, RF or light-based component
What outcome can you expect?
The realistic aim is a cleaner, smoother-feeling and refreshed skin surface, with a possible short-term improvement in dryness, dullness or uneven tone.
Results vary with the protocol, your skin type, your concern and your aftercare.
A medi-facial cannot promise permanent brightness, removal of deep scars or wrinkles, tighter sagging skin, or a cure for acne, melasma or another disease.

Aftercare and long-term support
- Follow your written instructions, cleanse gently and use the recommended moisturiser.
- Do not scrub, pick or peel your skin.
- Avoid adding retinoids, acids, bleaching products or fragrance unless advised.
- Protect treated skin from sunlight with a broad-spectrum sunscreen, shade and clothing.
- Balanced nourishment, adequate sleep and not smoking support general health, but they cannot promise a cosmetic result.
- Seek review for worsening pain, marked swelling, blistering, pus or spreading redness.
Suitability, limitations and safety
A medi-facial is not a fixed medical procedure, so whether it suits you depends on every ingredient and device included.
We review active acne, rash, infection, eczema, allergies, medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent procedures, cold sores, keloids and any tendency to develop dark marks.
Ask us for the product list, peel strength, device, expected downtime and provider details.
A medi-facial should not be used to treat a changing mole, severe acne or an undiagnosed rash.
