What is the condition?

The Exoluxe Medi-Facial is a cosmetic skin service, not a treatment for a disease. Depending on the verified products and steps, it may be offered for a temporary improvement in dull-looking, dry or uneven-textured skin. The name does not establish that it treats acne, scars, melasma, ageing or any other medical condition.

How Skinfinity treats this concern

Our clinic list identifies Exoluxe as a Medi-Facial, but our current record does not specify its manufacturer, ingredients, concentration, device or steps. Until these are verified, it is described only as a clinic-defined facial that may include cleansing, topical skin care and/or exfoliation. It should not be assumed to contain exosomes, acids, vitamin C or hyaluronic acid, or to involve oxygen, microneedling, injections, radiofrequency or laser. The exact method will be chosen and explained after your assessment.

If a superficial chemical peel is part of the confirmed protocol, peels can give a short-term improvement in selected surface pigment, dryness and texture concerns, but results and risks vary.12

Any claim about topical exosomes needs particular care. A 2024 review found early, mixed evidence and noted that the studies it reviewed did not use commercially available products.3 The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) states that there are no FDA-approved exosome products in the United States.4

What we confirm with you before treatment

  1. The exact Exoluxe product and its manufacturer
  2. The complete ingredient list and concentrations
  3. The source and regulatory documents for any exosome or extracellular-vesicle material
  4. The delivery route
  5. The identity and strength of any peel
  6. The device model and settings, if a device is used
  7. Each treatment step
  8. Practitioner qualifications
  9. Contraindications
  10. Consent wording
  11. The infection-control process
  12. The manufacturer’s aftercare instructions

What outcome can you expect?

A suitable topical facial may leave your skin feeling cleaner, softer and more hydrated, with a temporarily brighter or smoother appearance. If a superficial peel is genuinely used, it may help surface dryness, uneven tone or texture over a planned course, but improvement varies.

Please do not expect a guaranteed or permanent change, removal of deep scars or wrinkles, treatment of a disease, or a particular result after one session. Any before-and-after comparison we show should state the exact product, protocol, follow-up time and lighting.

Aftercare and long-term support

  1. Follow the written instructions you are given after the session.
  2. Use a gentle cleanser, a bland moisturiser and a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day.
  3. Avoid tanning and direct strong sun, and do not pick, rub or scrub peeling skin.
  4. Pause acids, retinoids, bleaching agents and other potentially irritating products until we tell you your skin has healed.
  5. If a peel was used, keep the skin comfortable and protected while any redness or scaling settles.
  6. Good nutrition, adequate sleep, regular water intake and an active lifestyle support general wellbeing and skin health, but they do not replace treatment or guarantee a cosmetic result.12

Suitability, limitations and safety

Suitability depends on the verified ingredients and procedure. Tell your clinician about allergies or sensitivity, active eczema or dermatitis, infection, open or sunburned skin, any history of unusual scarring or pigment change, recent peels, laser or injections, and any medicines or conditions that affect healing. If an acid or other peel is used, darker skin tones need careful selection and counselling, because post-inflammatory pigment change and scarring can occur.12

Temporary stinging, tightness, dryness, redness, mild swelling and scaling may occur; how long these last cannot be stated until the products and peel depth are known. Seek clinician review for severe or worsening pain, marked swelling, blisters, spreading redness, pus, fever, persistent irritation, new scarring, or significant light or dark patches. Urgent eye symptoms need prompt medical care.

If injections, microneedling or an energy device are proposed, we explain their separate risks and aftercare rather than calling them a facial step.

We do not claim that any exosome or extracellular-vesicle ingredient is safe or approved.
